Remove connect terminal of Read Output.vi: cv/cc/cp

Rename the function Configure Voltage Slew Rate.vi -> Configure Chan2 Output Delay.vi

Rename the function Read Voltage Slew Rate.vi -> Read Chan2 Output Delay.vi
